Denise Shepler, PA-C
Denise Shepler, PA-C is a licensed and board-certified Physician Assistant. She completed her medical training at Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2014, and has been caring for patients of all ages and skin types in the field of medical dermatology since 2015.
Denise is very passionate about educating and empowering her patients to better understand their medical conditions, medications, and treatment plans.
She has extensive knowledge on the early detection and treatment of skin cancer, and is particularly dedicated to performing meticulous routine screening exams. In addition, Denise also has a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with rashes.
Nonprofessionally, Denise enjoys relaxing with her teenage son. In her free time, Denise will invariably be outside, preferably near the ocean. She has an ever-growing and evolving list of hobbies and interests, some of which include gardening, fishing, boating, crossword puzzles, cycling, fitness, and cooking. She is also a volunteer for the American Red Cross.
