Dr. Divya Haryani is a leading double board-certified dermatologist and recognized key opinion leader in both cutaneous oncology and mohs micrographic surgery & reconstruction. Her background is uniquely cross-pollinated with integrated training in dermatologic surgery, facial reconstructive surgery, and cutaneous oncology at the prestigious University of South Florida in Tampa and world renowned Moffitt Cancer Center, Melanoma & Cutaneous Oncology department (widely acknowledged as one of the top cancer centers in the United States, especially for its pioneering work in melanoma research and treatment). Dr. Haryani's primary focus is recognizing and treating both the most common and complex forms of basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma. Her training was both rigorous and comprehensive, encompassing a variety of therapies including superficial radiation therapy, mohs surgery and immunotherapy for non melanoma skin cancer & melanoma at the cancer center.

A prolific researcher and innovator, Dr. Divya Haryani was involved in several clinical trials at Northwestern Memorial Hospital (Chicago, IL) that have revolutionized the field of dermatology. She has published original research relating to mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology and scar treatments (see citations below). She has also authored several chapters in major medical textbooks.

Dr. Haryani is a trusted and popular source for the local and national media; her credentials and her ability to communicate clearly and effectively via television, online and in-print has made her a sought after opinion leader. She has been featured on several outlets, including ABC news, Buzzfeed and Yahoo to name a few. She is also a frequent lecturer at academic meetings.

As a practice, we offer the latest advances in skin cancer treatment, such as cryotherapy and immunotherapy, as well as traditional procedures, such as mohs micrographic surgery and electrodessication. Targeted superficial radiation therapy, immunotherapy and chemotherapy are evolving as mainstays in treatment protocols and are offered at our practice and partnering practices locally. In the Treasure Coast, Dr. Divya’s approach is well known and has led to exceptional outcomes for our community.

When asked about her philosophy of patient care, she keeps it simple, “Treat every patient like a family member.” Outside of the office, Dr. Haryani enjoys spending time with her own family (husband, daughter and son), reading, and listening to podcasts.
