Ethan Carey, PA-C
Ethan Carey PA-C is a native Floridian who recently moved to Vero Beach for the opportunity to work with Iconic Dermatology. Ethan is a graduate of Southeastern University where he majored in Kinesiology, focusing on Rehabilitation. His interest in nutrition, healthy living and strength training was the nidus behind his passion for medicine. During his time at Southeastern, Ethan was also an all-star soccer player earning awards for his academics and athletics, being awarded “ Best in Major”, an honor given to high performing athletes.
After completing his undergraduate degree, Ethan pursued his passion for medicine by attending the nationally renowned Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine's Physician Assistant program. His clinical rotations allowed him the opportunity to work in several different specialties, but he quickly found his niche in cutaneous surgery. To further develop his surgical skills, Ethan completed additional surgical training at Lakeland Regional Medical Center in Central Florida.
During his free time, Ethan enjoys all types of activities including soccer, hiking, biking, playing pickle-ball and golfing. He is also a big foodie, adventuring to new restaurants on a regular basis up and down the treasure coast. When asked what he loves most about Vero Beach, Ethan said the sense of community is remarkable. When asked what he loves most about Iconic Dermatology, Ethan loves the collegial work environment where providers work as a team to treat our patients.
