Gunj Patel, PA
Gunj is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and surgical dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a minor in Public Health from the University of South Florida. To further her education, she completed her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Lincoln Memorial University in Knoxville, TN.
Gunj’s interest in dermatology began early in her career while working as a medical assistant, where she assisted in Mohs Micrographic Surgery. That experience deepened her passion for the field and inspired her commitment to skin cancer education and prevention. Today, she remains a strong advocate for patient education, with a special focus on the importance of early detection and daily sun protection.
In her spare time, Gunj enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and exploring new restaurants. She stays active by playing tennis and pickleball.
