Charles Salzberg, Surgery Specialist
Charles Salzberg, MD is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgery specialist with over 40 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Salzberg was born in New Jersey and attended Montclair Academy and Ithaca College. He then graduated from the University of Florida School of Medicine in 1981. After completing his doctorate, he went on to complete his residency in General Surgery at Beth Israel Hospital in New York and his Plastic Surgery residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center
Dr. Salzberg is recognized as an international leader in the field of plastic surgery. Throughout his career, he has garnered a reputation for excellence in both cosmetic and medically reconstructive procedures. His commitment to staying at the forefront of his field is evident through his active involvement in professional organizations. Previously, he held the position of system chief of plastic surgery at The Mount Sinai Hospital Icahn School of Medicine in New York City where he directed a large program including eight hospitals and a residency program.
In his free time, Dr. Salzberg enjoys spending time with his beautiful family and playing golf.
